Precision Machinery, Built for Scale.
We operate a full suite of advanced cutting equipment, enabling high-accuracy fabrication across a wide range of steel profiles and thicknesses.
Plate Laser Cutting Machine
High-precision laser cutting for flat steel plates, delivering clean edges and tight tolerances across a wide range of material thicknesses — ideal for complex structural components.
Section Laser Cutting Machine
Designed for cutting structural steel sections and profiles with exceptional accuracy, enabling efficient processing of beams, channels, and hollow sections for large-scale projects.
Flame Cutting Machine
Heavy-duty thermal cutting for thick steel plates where laser cutting reaches its limits, providing reliable performance and consistent cut quality on high-volume production runs.
Craftsmanship at Every Stage.
From surface preparation to final finishing, every step of our production process is carried out with strict quality control and hands-on expertise.
Shot Blasting
Steel surfaces are treated through high-velocity shot blasting to remove rust, mill scale, and contaminants — creating the ideal surface profile for superior coating adhesion and long-term corrosion protection.
Painting Booth
Structures are coated inside a controlled painting booth environment, ensuring consistent film thickness, proper curing conditions, and full compliance with project-specific coating specifications.
Manual Processes
Skilled workers handle the precision fitting, grinding, and finishing tasks that machines cannot replace — bringing experience and attention to detail to every joint, weld, and surface on the shop floor.
Material Control & Storage
Every component tracked, every shipment protected.
From raw steel procurement to workshop floor delivery, every material batch is logged, inspected, and traced by specification, heat number, and project code. Nothing enters production without verification — and nothing leaves without a record.
Finished structures are stored in organized, weatherproof conditions and packed to meet international shipping standards. Every bundle is labeled, documented, and ready for seaworthy dispatch — so what leaves our facility arrives exactly as intended.
Quality Inspection
Every structure is tested, measured, and verified before it leaves our facility.
01
Dimensional & Fit-Up Inspection
All fabricated components are measured against engineering drawings to verify dimensional accuracy, hole alignment, and assembly fit-up — catching any deviation before it reaches the next production stage.
02
Weld Quality Inspection
Welds are inspected visually and by non-destructive testing (NDT) methods including ultrasonic and magnetic particle testing, ensuring full compliance with project specifications and international welding standards.
03
Coating Inspection
Dry film thickness, surface cleanliness, and adhesion are measured and recorded after each coating application, confirming that corrosion protection meets the required specification for the destination market.
Proven by Global Brands
Global Reach & Standards
Our projects has already extended across Oceania, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa and beyond, with expertise in:
GB, AS/NZS, EN, AISC, BS, ISO, DIN, GOST, SABS, CSA, JIS standard projects.
More Than a Fabricator — A Global Engineering Partner.
Good fabrication starts with good detailing. Before a single piece of steel is cut, the decisions made at the detailing stage — connection plate arrangement, bolt hole coordination, welding accessibility, fit-up sequence — determine whether a project runs smoothly or runs into problems.
Looking for Global Design Partners
We work with steel structure designers, engineering studios, and EPC contractors experienced in GB, AS/NZS, EN, AISC, BS, ISO, DIN, GOST, SABS, CSA, and JIS standard projects — as well as specialists in cement plant structures, mining equipment, bulk material handling, and non-standard welded structures.
Detailing Support for Your Projects
Our in-house detailing engineers provide shop drawing and detailing support for overseas clients — helping you reduce engineering costs, improve fabrication efficiency, and move from design to production without delays.
From Contract to Delivery — Every Step Controlled.
Contract Signing
Project scope, specifications, and delivery terms are confirmed in writing, establishing a clear foundation for every stage that follows.
Drawing Receipt
Engineering drawings and technical documents are reviewed, verified, and distributed to the production team before any material is ordered or cut.
Material Procurement
Steel materials are sourced from qualified suppliers in accordance with project specifications, with full traceability from mill certificate to shop floor.
Material Receiving
All incoming materials are inspected against purchase orders and mill certificates — dimensions, grades, and quantities verified before entering production.
Cutting
Plates and sections are cut using laser, flame, or plasma equipment to precise dimensions, with each piece marked and tracked against the project BOM.
Assembly & Fit-Up
Components are assembled and positioned according to engineering drawings, with fit-up checked and approved before welding begins.
Welding
Welding is carried out by qualified welders following approved WPS procedures, with in-process inspection at every critical joint.
Non-Destructive Testing
Completed welds are tested using UT, MT, or other applicable NDT methods to verify internal and surface quality against project acceptance criteria.
Surface Treatment
Structures undergo shot blasting to the specified cleanliness grade, preparing the surface for coating adhesion and long-term corrosion protection.
Painting
Coating systems are applied in a controlled booth environment, with dry film thickness and appearance inspected and recorded after each coat.
Packing & Shipment
Finished structures are packed to seaworthy standards, clearly labeled, and dispatched with complete quality and shipping documentation.
