Environmental and Import Requirements for Steel Structures in Global Markets
Australia
For imported steel structures, we maintain high fabrication standards with precise dimensional control and strict weld quality management to ensure structural safety and durability. In terms of environmental protection, we use eco-friendly coatings with low volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for Australia’s diverse climate conditions. For transportation, we adopt seaworthy and rust-proof packaging to avoid damage and corrosion during long-distance maritime shipping, and provide complete English-language quality inspection documents to facilitate customs clearance.
Singapore
Singapore has strict environmental and quality requirements for imported steel structures. We focus on refined fabrication, emphasizing modular design and standardized production to improve construction efficiency. The coatings we use are lead-free, low-VOC and environmentally friendly, with strong corrosion resistance to adapt to the coastal climate. What if I need modifications after production starts?
Client can send design change drawing to us, TTS technical engineer will issue the design change notice to workshop.
Can you match special color codes?
RAL, Pantone, or custom color matching available for coatings.
Jotun, international paint, PPG paint colors are available.
Can you fabricate curved or architecturally complex steel structures?
Yes, we have CNC bending machines and experience with complex geometries (e.g., arches, domes).
Do you provide anti-corrosion treatments?
